Payments on this website are collected by Il Tondo ODV, the non-profit association that organises Chaos Orcs Fest IV. This page explains when and how you can get your money back.

Tournament entry fees

• •Each tournament page shows whether its ticket is refundable and the deadline to ask for a refund. If a tournament does not set its own deadline, it is 30 days before the tournament.
• •If you withdraw your registration from your registration page before the deadline, we refund the full amount you paid.
• •If you withdraw after the deadline, or your ticket is marked as not refundable, no refund is due.
• •If the tournament is sold out and your registration cannot be confirmed, we refund the full amount you paid.
• •If we cancel a tournament, we refund the full amount you paid.
• •If you paid more than the fare that applied when you registered, you can choose to get the difference back or donate it to the association.

Donations

• •Donations are voluntary and are not refundable.
• •If you donated by mistake, for example twice or the wrong amount, write to us within 30 days and we will refund it.

How refunds are paid

• •We refund using the same method you used to pay.
• •We process each refund within 14 days of accepting the request. Card refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 working days after that.
