What data we collect

• •Registration: first and last name, email address, Discord name, country and city, the language you prefer for our emails, and any message you send us.
• •Tournament data: decklists, deck photos, pairings and results.
• •Payments: the proof of payment you upload and the status of your payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your full card details.
• •Donations: your name, email address, message, and whether you want to stay anonymous.
• •Food preferences and dietary requirements, which may include allergies. We use them only to arrange catering at the event.
• •Feedback you send us after the event.

Why we use it

• •To manage your registration and run the tournament, which is necessary to provide the service you asked for.
• •To keep accounting records of payments and donations, as required by Italian law.
• •To email you about the event or your donation, only if you gave your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• •To publish pairings, standings, decklists and tournament reports, as is usual for Magic tournaments. Your name appears in the public list of registered players only if you choose so.

Who we share it with

• •Stripe, which processes card payments.
• •MailerSend, which sends our emails.
• •Fly.io, which hosts this website on servers in the European Union.
• •We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How we protect it

• •The website only works over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• •Only the organisers can see your data, through personal accounts in the website's administration area.
• •Card details go directly to Stripe: they never pass through or get stored on our servers.
• •Your data is stored on encrypted disks in the European Union.

How long we keep it

• •Registration and tournament data: as long as needed to run the event and keep the history of results.
• •Payment and donation records: for the period required by Italian accounting and tax law.
• •Data used with your consent: until you withdraw it.

Cookies

This website only uses technical cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your language and protecting forms. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to info@fest.chaos-orcs.wtf. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
